Sci-Fi Mailer Terms

By registering for Sci-Fi Mailer you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Sci-Fi Mailer, you may only register for one Sci-Fi Mailer account.

You may not promote Sci-Fi Mailer in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Sci-Fi Mailer in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Sci-Fi Mailer account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Sci-Fi Mailer. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Sci-Fi Mailer is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Sci-Fi Mailer, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Sci-Fi Mailer account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*Sci-Fi Mailer has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

Payments & Refunds

All payments made for credits, upgrades and all other purchases made on
Sci-Fi Mailer are absolutely final and non refundable.

If you have a problem with regards to any aspect of your purchase
contact admin and I will be able to provide you with an answer normally
within 48 hours.

Refund requests will absolutely NOT be honored under any circumstances

Any payment Chargebacks and or payment disputes will result in the
immediate suspension of your account and will likely result in your
details being submitted for central banning across the LFM network

Commissions are paid purely on a single level, you will receive said
commission payments based on sales made only by those individuals whom
you directly refer to Sci-Fi Mailer.

We can guarantee that should you refer members to us and they make a
purchase, you will receive commission from those purchases which will
be paid out upon reaching a balance of at least $5 (all member levels)

Payments will be made on your account reaching the payout minimum, with
payments being carried out at least once per week, should you wish to
receive payment please ensure you have a valid Verified Payza or Paypal account
address entered in your member profile.
